Dawn is an auspicious time to practice yoga. The quiet of the early
morning hours invites introspection while the rising sun brings
rejuvenation with the promise of a new day. This is a moderate class at
an all women’s fitness center. Come join this amazing group of truly
dedicated yoginis.
9:00-10:15
am Mixed Level Yoga ("Chill-Flow") at Dragonfly
Yoga Studio. Start your week off on positive note * This class
is recommended for those who like a gentle-moderate practice with just
a little
strength- building kick. You will learn to link your breath with
movement and to flow, like water, through a creative sequencing of
postures. Realign on a Monday morning. Purify, breathe deep and GLOW!
7:00-8:30pm at the Tree House, Marshfield.
This
is a gentle-moderate class held in a private studio in Marshfield. Let
go of the day, realign, and stretch yourself out in this serene, softly

Strong Flow Dragonfly
Yoga Studio. These sessions are recommended for
those who
like a moderate-strong practice with a strength- building kick. You

10:15-11:30am
Gentle ("Chill") at Dragonfly
Yoga Studio. This is a fun-filled class with lots of
stretching , bending and opening. Learn breathing techniques to relax
and renew. Gain
flexibility, balance, and strength. It is so easy to find some peace in
this supremely sensational little studio.
4:30-5:45
pm Yoga at Seth Ventress Hall. This is a moderate
class held at one of
Marshfield's historic and recently restored treasures. Gain
flexibility, balance, and strength. Align with the setting sun, let go
of your work day and tranistion peacefully into your evening.
